1. Using Locuvo
By accessing or using Locuvo, you agree to use the service in accordance with these terms and applicable law.
If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the service.
2. The service
Locuvo provides browser-based tools for operations such as converting images to PDF, exporting PDF pages as images, editing or merging PDFs, converting Word documents to PDF, and rebuilding selectable PDF text into editable Word documents.
Conversion quality can vary according to the structure, fonts, images, complexity, encryption, corruption, or layout of the source file.
3. Your files
You retain responsibility for the files you choose to process and for determining whether you have the necessary rights or permission to use, edit, transform, or distribute them.
You should keep your own copies of important source files and verify converted output before relying on it.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Locuvo to:
- Violate applicable laws or regulations.
- Infringe another person's intellectual-property rights.
- Attempt to compromise, disrupt, or overload the service.
- Bypass plan limits or access controls.
- Use another person's account without authorization.
- Introduce malicious software or intentionally harmful files into systems or services.
5. Accounts
You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for maintaining appropriate control of the authentication method used to access it.
6. Free trial and Pro
Eligible new accounts may receive a free trial that lasts for up to 30 days or 15 conversions, whichever happens first.
The trial begins when Locuvo records the start of trial access. Trial access ends when either the time limit or conversion limit is reached. After the trial ends, a paid Pro subscription is required to continue using conversion features.
Current pricing, file-size limits, and included features shown in Locuvo or during checkout govern the offer available at that time.
7. Paid subscriptions
Pro subscriptions renew automatically according to the billing interval disclosed during checkout unless canceled before the next renewal.
Payments and subscription management are processed through Stripe. You should review the price, billing interval, and other checkout details before completing a purchase.
8. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel a Pro subscription through the Billing section in Locuvo, which opens Stripe's billing portal. Unless otherwise stated during cancellation, cancellation prevents future renewals and paid access normally remains available through the end of the current billing period.
Payments for Locuvo Pro are generally non-refundable once charged, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
If you believe a billing error occurred, contact Locuvo at locuvo@findtheideas.com so the charge can be reviewed.
9. Changes to the service
Locuvo may add, remove, modify, limit, or discontinue features as the service evolves. Reasonable efforts may be made to avoid unnecessary disruption, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
10. No guarantee of conversion accuracy
Locuvo is a utility tool. Generated output should be reviewed before use, especially for legal, financial, medical, academic, business, or other important documents.
Complex formatting, embedded fonts, scans, images, columns, forms, tables, and unusual PDF structures may not reproduce exactly.
11. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without guarantees that every file will convert successfully or that every feature will always be available.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service operator will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from use of the service, loss of files, or reliance on generated output.
13. Changes to these terms
These terms may be revised as Locuvo evolves. The effective date should be updated when material changes are published.

Locuvo is operated by MC SANTE PLUS SERVICES LLC.
